Refund and cancellation

Refund and Cancellation:-

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We want to make customer happy when they buy from Designerera. However in any unpredictable situation customer are not happy with the product then the given below refund and cancellation policies would be applied to resolve the issue through a mutually agreed resolution.

  ➢ Please note that we are not approaching any returns or refund for Customized Product like (Stitched Salwar kameez, Stitched Sarees, Stitched Lehengas, Stitched Kurtis, Stitched Tunics, Stitched Sherwanis, Stiched Kurta Set and Stitched Indo-Western).

 ➢ In case of unstitched product (ready to made) we will return 70% of received amount. (30 % will be charged for order processing, payment gateway charges & other charges.)

 ➢ In case of any Cancellation and Return of product Designerera is not responsible for any refunding of custom duties, shipping cost, payment gateway charges and taxes (if applicable).

 ➢ Any complaint due to  damage should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You just give a call to the Customer Support Number and send a digital picture of the same product.

 ➢ Designerera do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

 ➢ Once order is placed Cancellation of product shall not be served after 12 hours.
